Foto: Walaa Naeem<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Att tillst\u00e5ndet att bedriva riskutbildning f\u00f6r personbil \u00e5terkallas \u00e4r relativt s\u00e4llsynt. Sedan 2018 och fram till i dag har Transportstyrelsen fattat sju s\u00e5dana beslut. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt Transportstyrelsens databas finns i Sverige i dag (v\u00e5ren 2023 reds.anm.) cirka 1000 godk\u00e4nda tillst\u00e5ndshavare, f\u00f6r att bedriva riskutbildning beh\u00f6righet B del ett. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antalet tillst\u00e5ndshavare f\u00f6r risktv\u00e5an \u00e4r inte lika m\u00e5nga.&nbsp; Det finns i dag ett 80-tal tillst\u00e5ndshavare med giltigt tillst\u00e5nd f\u00f6r att bedriva riskutbildning beh\u00f6righet B del tv\u00e5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riskutbildning som h\u00e5lls under kortare tid \u00e4n vad som \u00e4r till\u00e5tet och riskutbildning som av tillst\u00e5ndshavare bedrivs med f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga elever per l\u00e4rare. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5dant som \u2013 bland annat \u2013 kommer upp hos Transportstyrelsen d\u00e5 och d\u00e5, f\u00f6rklarar Berndt Kuhlin, inspekt\u00f6r p\u00e5 Transportstyrelsen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men det f\u00f6rekommer ocks\u00e5 tillst\u00e5ndshavare som l\u00e5ter elever g\u00f6ra b\u00e5da delarna i riskutbildningen under samma dag och hos samma utbildare \u2013 och l\u00e5ter eleverna f\u00e5 del ett &#8221;p\u00e5 k\u00f6pet&#8221;, ber\u00e4ttar Berndt Kuhlin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"infogram-embed\" data-id=\"60cc7106-dd02-47c1-a8b8-ca458b2c4de8\" data-type=\"interactive\" data-title=\"\"><\/div><script>!function(e,i,n,s){var t=\"InfogramEmbeds\",d=e.getElementsByTagName(\"script\")[0];if(window[t]&&window[t].initialized)window[t].process&&window[t].process();else if(!e.getElementById(n)){var o=e.createElement(\"script\");o.async=1,o.id=n,o.src=\"https:\/\/e.infogram.com\/js\/dist\/embed-loader-min.js\",d.parentNode.insertBefore(o,d)}}(document,0,\"infogram-async\");<\/script><div style=\"padding:8px 0;font-family:Arial!important;font-size:13px!important;line-height:15px!important;text-align:center;border-top:1px solid #dadada;margin:0 30px\"><br><a href=\"https:\/\/infogram.com\" style=\"color:#989898!important;text-decoration:none!important;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Infogram<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Transportstyrelsen \u00e4r en tillsynsmyndighet \u2013 och har befogenhet att \u00e5terkalla tillst\u00e5nd.&nbsp;Det \u00e4r Transportstyrelsen som ansvarar f\u00f6r att kontrollera att det g\u00e5r r\u00e4tt till ute i landet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men att bevisa att tillst\u00e5ndshavare missbrukar regelverket \u00e4r inte alltid helt l\u00e4tt.&nbsp;Och att tillst\u00e5ndet att bedriva riskutbildning f\u00f6r personbil \u00e5terkallas \u00e4r relativt s\u00e4llsynt, menar Kuhlin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte vem som helst som kan rapportera in en elev som godk\u00e4nd p\u00e5 riskutbildning. Utan f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00f6ra det m\u00e5ste man ha f\u00e5tt det ansvaret fr\u00e5n Transportstyrelsen att vara rapport\u00f6r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2013 Den som g\u00f6r inrapporteringen ska bland annat se till att eleven har uppn\u00e5t m\u00e5len i utbildningen. Den ska ocks\u00e5 s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att det \u00e4r r\u00e4tt person som n\u00e4rvarar vid utbildningen. Sen \u00e4r de skyldiga att rapportera till oss n\u00e4r den har genomg\u00e5tt utbildningen.
